2016年6月4日 After years of using a 1-2-3 block to set tools I finally got the touch-off replaced for the Cincinnati Milacron 208U chucking lathe with Acramatic 850 control. This is an 850, NOT 850SX. Had everything well set, until the recent machine move. Now cannot get the probe to enter a correct off-set, always off about .250" in Z.

Every time the control has to display any kind of message, for example, overtravel, program not synced, forget to close the door, etc. it displays "SYSTEM FAIL 08" and the servos all shut off.
